Torrey has been sewing and knitting since she was 5 years old. Her love of traditional fibers and fabrics, along with her love of travel, has brought about this collection of work.

Each shirt or dress is handmade and unique. The shapes of the dresses are inspired by the drape and patterns of the fabrics used. 

The quilts and weavings are made from fabrics left behind from the sewing process, as well as other things collected. Many fabrics are naturally dyed on the woodstove with flowers, roots, bark and leaves.

Torrey lives on her farm in rural Iowa, where she raises sheep and goats for fiber, and grows vegetables, flowers and trees.
